Discussion on the Draft Regulations in Telecommunication Sector

Phnom Penh, 7 May 2020, Secretary of State Sorakkha Ros chaired a discussion to prioritize draft regulations in the telecommunication sector. This meeting was attended by senior officers, technical officers and members of relevant departments of MPTC.

The purpose of the meeting is to understand the current status of any proposed regulations, which are not yet developed to comply with the existing Law on Telecommunications and meet the practical needs in the telecommunication sector. The draft regulations will then be studied and submitted to the leadership for review and approval. The regulations will effectively and efficiently support the implementation of the Law on Telecommunications.
