Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia— On October 1–2, 2025, His Excellency Liv Sophanarith, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, participated in the Global Cybersecurity Forum under the theme “Scaling Cohesive Advancement in Cyberspace,” which was organized by the National Cybersecurity Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The forum brought together senior leaders from countries around the world to exchange knowledge and perspectives aimed at preventing and mitigating cybersecurity risks.

The forum focused on key emerging issues and effective solutions to challenges for the purpose of addressing and strengthening defense capabilities in cyberspace.

During the summit, H.E. Secretary of State, representing the Royal Government of Cambodia, highlighted three key areas: (1) the necessity for communities to collectively raise cybersecurity awareness to ensure safe and efficient use of digital systems, (2) the promotion of gender inclusion in the cybersecurity field, and (3) the importance of cyber leadership in safeguarding and advancing the cybersecurity sector. Discussions on these topics aimed to enhance cyberspace and increase resilience against threats through knowledge sharing and collaborative solutions for the future.
