Phnom Penh: On Sunday afternoon, 08 November 2020, His Excellency Vandeth Chea, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, led the Ministry’s delegates to lay wreath at the Independence Monument and pay tribute at the Royal Memorial Statue of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah NORODOM SIHANOUK “Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh”, who made tremendous sacrifice to successfully gain Cambodia’s full independence from​ France on 9 November 1953.
