Phnom Penh, Undersecretary of State Sophanarith Liv chaired an inter-ministerial working group meeting on the inspection of cellular operators’ sim cards, distribution branches and illegal sim card hand-outs without proper documentation of IDs or other forms of identification. The objective was to inspect the management of sim cards by cellular operators. Present at the meeting were relevant members of the working group.
