In accordance to the Minister Vandeth Chea’s instruction, at 7:30 am every working day, leadership and officials of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications are to observe the national anthem as a tribute to the national spirit and respect for those who sacrificed for national cause as well as those who strive to develop the country and maintain peace and sustainability. To encourage those who observe the national anthem and come to work early, the Minister has arranged breakfast or lunch coupons for them at Ministry’s canteen as well.
