Blessing ceremony to welcome the New Year, year of the goat B.C. 2558

On the morning of the 10th of April 2014 at the ministry of Posts and Telecommunications a welcoming new year (year of the goat) B.C 2558 ceremony was held under the presence of H.E Prak Sokhonn Minister of MPTC and many other top officials as well as many other officers at the ministry.
At the completion of the traditional ceremony H.E. Minister has presented some gifts and donations to the monks and priests that were presiding over this special event.
 
To commemorate this special occasion H.E. Minister also greet with our 396 retired officers. During this occasion Mr. Tith Sim representative of retirees has express his gratitude towards H.E. Minister for preparing this greeting session with the intent for the retirees to catch up with one another and express their life style, personal wellbeing and health situation. In his response, H.E. Minister has expressed his greeting towards our retirees and also sends his kind regards to family members of our retirees. Most importantly he has expressed his gratitude toward our retirees for their dedication and hard work during their serving periods which help contribute to the development of our sectors. “Your dedication will never be forgotten and we will always be thankful for that.”
Concluding this event H.E. Minister on behalf of the ministry has presented donations to our 396 retirees of which received 100,000 riels per person and for those that attend this event received an extra personal donation of 50,000 riels per person from H.E. Minister and LokChumTeav.
