September 14, 2016: H.E. Minister Tram Iv Tek Presided over the Closing Ceremony of the National ICT Volunteers 2016 in Tek Phos District, Kampong Chhnang Province. The Event is participated by H.E., Lork Chum Teav, and National Working Group for Assisting Provinces, Communes-Districts, Villages, District's Head of Educational Office, Secondary and High School Directors and ICT Volunteers, Government Officials, and Students totally around 349 Participants.
