H.E. Minister Tram Iv Tek Leads a Delegation of MPTC to Pay a Working Visit to People’s Republic of China
In response to the invitation of H.E. MA Junsheng, Director General of State Post Bureau of the People’s Republic of China (SPB), H.E. Tram Iv Tek, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia (MPTC), led a team of delegations to pay courtesy call to the People’s Republic of China from October 18 to 22, 2016.
This visit aimed to:
1. Strengthening ties and bilateral cooperation between MPTC and SPB in accordance to the previously signed memorandum of understanding ( MoU) in 2014.
2. Exchanging views and experiences to better understand the process of planning, managing and organizing regulatory frameworks and related postal policies.
During this working visit, delegations from MPTC will hold bilateral meeting with H.E. MA Junsheng, Director General of State Post Bureau of the People’s Republic of China as well as a separate meeting with China Post Group. Also, there will be a studying visit to Jianguomen Post Bureau, Hangzhou city (Alibaba) which is China’s biggest Commercial Unit to better understand how modern technology is being incorporated into postal sector.
