Brainstorming Session on Knowledge and Information Training for Leaderships of Provincial Departments of Post and Telecommunications

Phnom Penh, 26 May 2020, Secretary of State Khun Heng Khay led a brainstorming session on the knowledge and information training for the leaderships of provincial departments of post and telecommunications. The Ministry’s leadership, secretaries of state, undersecretaries of state, general directors and officials were present at the meeting.

The discussion was held in accordance with the Minister’s directive to initiate knowledge and information training programs for the leaderships of provincial departments of post and telecommunications. The objective is to promote ministry’s industry-related knowledge and strengthen professional relationship between members of the ministry and provincial departments.
