The plenary webinar held by the Asian-Pacific Postal Union via online

Phnom Penh, 22 July 2020, Secretary of State Channay Prak participated in the plenary webinar held by the Asian-Pacific Postal Union (APPU) and was accompanied by the management and officials of the general department of post.

The objectives of the plenary session were to discuss items such as past achievements, APPU regional projects, candidates for the administrative council and executive board election, APPU 2021 general assembly, election of APPU’s secretary general for 2022, information sharing during the Covid-19 pandemic and other miscellaneous items.
