Phnom Penh: On April 5, 2025, His Excellency So Visothy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, presided over the Young Entrepreneur 4Impact Competition. The event was co-organized by Tech For Kids Academy and the AUPP Technology Center and brought together approximately 100 participants, including students and their guardians.
The Young Entrepreneur 4Impact is a competition program that promotes entrepreneurship and innovation through the use of modern technology—particularly mobile app development and website creation. Participants underwent an 8-week digital technology training, and 8 teams pitched their tech-driven business ideas using mobile applications, websites, and various digital platforms to offer digital solutions across key sectors including agriculture, healthcare, education, and the environment. Through this competition, students were provided the opportunity to test their capabilities, gain new knowledge, showcase their creativity, and prepare themselves to acquire digital skills for the future, which aligns with the government’s vision to develop Cambodia’s digital human capital toward a digital transformation and digital citizenry.
