Phnom Penh— On the morning of May 12, 2025, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, presided over the official launch of the “ACTSmart Incubation Program.” The event was attended by the ministry’s leaders, CEO of Smart Axiata, Director of AUPP Technology Center, along with professors and students from the American University of Phnom Penh Technology Center (ATC).

The “ACTSmart Incubation Program” is a technology-driven entrepreneurship program. It aims to provide Cambodian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and students with essential learning content, venues, and other support to help them secure investment opportunities through expert-led technical training and expanded networking opportunities.
