California: On May 23, 2025, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, along with his delegation, visited San Francisco University in California, United States, for the purpose of learning about the university’s academic programs and training courses related to digital technology and innovation, as well as to explore potential collaboration in human resource development for Cambodia.

On this occasion, Minister Chea Vandeth also took a tour around the university campus and visited multiple laboratories and key facilities.
