Phnom Penh— On July 7, 2025, His Excellency So Visothy, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), presided over the graduation ceremony for 30 students of the Techpreneur Bootcamp program of the DICHI Academy. The event was held at the Conference Hall on the third floor of the MPTC and was attended by leaders from the MPTC, representatives from private companies and partners, students, and parents—totaling approximately 140 participants.
The Techpreneur Bootcamp is a 9-month training program designed to strengthen students’ skills in full-stack software development alongside entrepreneurship. It provides hands-on technical training by experts from private sector companies and gives students opportunities to develop applications and digital solutions to address real-world problems. As part of the program, 6 teams developed applications and digital platforms for their capstone projects, of which 2 were selected by companies to be implemented as their business solutions.
On this occasion, H.E. Secretary of State stated that this program plays an active role in contributing to the development of Cambodia’s digital human resources in line with the Pentagonal Strategy—Phase I of the Royal Government, which focuses on five key priorities, namely people, roads, water, electricity, and technology, with a strong emphasis on digital technology. This aims to support the building of a digital economy, society, and digital government, as well as accelerate the digital transformation in Cambodia.
