Phnom Penh— On August 13, 2025, His Excellency Khov Makara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, presided over the closing ceremony of the training on “EC-Council Certified SOC Analyst (CSA)” under the Cyber Resilience Improvement Project, which took place from August 11 to 13, 2025, at Himawari Hotel, Phnom Penh. The event brought together approximately 30 technical officials from various government ministries and institutions and relevant units.

The training program is part of the ongoing activities under the Cyber Resilience Improvement Project, which receives technical assistance and support from the Government of Japan through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Cambodia.

The program aimed to strengthen the professional capacity of cybersecurity specialists by providing training aligned with the “EC-Council Certified SOC Analyst (CSA)” certification. It aimed to enhance the capacity of relevant units to effectively identify threats, analyze incidents, and respond to cybersecurity events.
