Phnom Penh, MPTC’s Head Office with ASEAN Universities, April 20, 2016: National Institute of Posts, Telecommunication and Information Communication Technology (NIPTICT) in Cooperation with the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) on Research and Development of Khmer in Computer’s System. Regarding to the Cooperation, the Center for Research and Development Cooperated with NICT Conducted a Meeting on Khmer Projection Process in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).
