His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications and Chair of the Digital Government Committee (DGC), presided over the opening ceremony of the training course on “Embracing Digital Transformation: Navigating Emerging Technologies, Innovation, and Cloud Services for Leaders of the Digital Government Committee”
