H.E. Minister Tram Iv Tek Presided over the Opening Ceremony of Seminar on Challenges and New Opportunities

     1. The seminar is a part of action plans which the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, in the name of a scenario of the Royal Government of Cambodia in developing information and communication technology sector in 2020. 2. It is actually indicating more clearly about telecommunication law which went into effect on December 17, 2015.

     On this occasion, H.E. Minister gave three recommendations regarding to the category. Firstly, the formulation of policies and regulatory frameworks related to infrastructures sharing by encouraging concerned operators for the formulation of these policies and regulatory frameworks and usage of this infrastructure sharing. Secondly, ICT-related infrastructure development. Thirdly, relevant to the cooperation between ministries and institutions in association with operators. Thus, we have to take into account the creativity and efficiency of our works so that the challenges of this coordination shall be decrease and we will try to find out new opportunities and solutions in order to gain collective benefits.
