H.E. Minister paid tribute condolence at the French Embassy in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh, 14 Jan 2015 – H.E. Prak Sokhonn and high delegations of Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications have visited the French Embassy in Cambodia to pay tribute to the victims of Charlie Hebdo’s attack that took place in Paris on the 7th of January 2015.

During this occasion, the minister also have written condolence message to “We are extremely distress after hearing about the horrific attack on the Charlie Hebdo Magazine that happened last week. We condemn this act of terrorist attack and marked this as an attack on our freedom of speech and freedom of the press. On this sad occasion, we would like to give our deepest condolences to the victims’ families and those who were injured during the attack and we would like to also express our solidarity to France and the French people.
