H.E. Truong Minh Tuan, Minister of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Warmly Welcomed by Lok Chumteav Chring Botumransay at Phnom Penh International Airport.

In the warmly welcomes, H.E. Minister Truong Minh Tuan expressed his delights to the warmly welcome of Cambodia. On behalf of H.E. Tram Iv Tek, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, Lok Chumteav Chring Botumransay, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, said that he would like to express his sincere thanks to H.E. Truong Minh Tuan for his warmly welcome the official visit of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications’ delegation on September 7 to 11, 2016. H.E. Minister Tram Iv Tek firmly hoped that in the official visit of H.E. Minister of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, we would like to express warmly welcome, and hope that it will bring fruitful results and good cooperation between the two ministries in the future especially focus mainly on strengthening infrastructure, development on telecommunication- information and communication technology sector and increasing knowledge capacity and experiences, human resources of the ministry through training, workshop, and sharing knowledge in the future.
