Minister Vandeth Chea Approves Purchase of 20,000 Face Masks for MPTC Officials

Phnom Penh, November 14, 2020: Ministry of Post and Telecommunications has implemented Covid-19 prevention measures by requiring officials to wear masks, take body temperature and use alcohol-based spray daily as to take part in the prevention and combat of the Covid-19 spread in Cambodia and adhere to the guidelines of the Government and the Ministry of Health (MoH). As part of this joint campaign, Minister Vandeth Chea approved the purchase of 20,000 face masks for all MPTC officials, each receiving 25 masks.

In addition, Minister Chea advised MPTC officials to maintain their wellbeing and follow the Covid-19 prevention guidelines of MoH by wearing masks and washing hands frequently with soap or hand sanitizers.
