Kandal Province, February 4, 2016: H.E. Prak Sokhonn, Minister of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Government Working Group for Saang District Presided over the Groundbreaking Ceremony for a School Building Construction at Prek Ombil Hun Sen High School. The Building of three floors and 15 Rooms was donated by Samdach Techor Hun Sen and Samdech Kittipritbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen. After the event, H.E. Minister has also visited the poor families in Prek Ombil Village, Prek Ombil Commune, Saang District.
