Laos: On April 3, 2025, His Excellency So Visothy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), presided over the Cambodia Tech and Startup Showcase Session during Lao Digital Week 2025. This session was attended by approximately 120 participants from the Ministry of Technology and Communications of Laos, technology companies, entrepreneurs, and banking institutions.

The Cambodia Tech and Startup Showcase Session was co-organized by the MPTC, the Ministry of Technology and Communications of Laos, and the Embassy of Cambodia in Laos to provide an opportunity for Cambodian tech companies—including Vireak Buntham (VET Digital), VTENH, CheckInMe, PillTech, DelightTech, and Morakot Technology—to present their products, platforms, and digital services to Lao companies in various sectors such as e-commerce, logistics, finance and banking, healthcare, and more. The purpose of the session was to expand cooperation and foster digital business partnerships between the private sectors of both countries. It aimed to contribute to mutual economic growth and enhance collaboration that encourages active participation from private sectors and stakeholders in advancing effective digital transformation.
