Siem Reap: On April 9-11, 2025, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), in collaboration with the Australian Embassy in the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Partnership for Infrastructure (P4I), organized a Cybersecurity Train-the-Trainer Program for approximately 34 participants, including leaders and civil servants from the MPTC. The program was held at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa in Siem Reap Province.

The program was led by Australian cybersecurity experts with the purpose of strengthening the capacity of MPTC officials to become certified trainers who will go on to deliver further training to officials from the MPTC, across other ministries and institutions, and relevant stakeholders. The training will cover key topics including the draft Cybersecurity Law, the joint cybersecurity guidelines, and other cybersecurity-related documents currently being developed by the MPTC.
