Phnom Penh: On the morning of June 1, 2025, His Excellency Cheap Satharoath, Permanent Secretary of State at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, presented a donation of 150,000,000 riels on behalf of His Excellency Minister Chea Vandeth, along with senior officials and civil servants from the Ministry, to the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation as part of the “10,000 Riels, 10,000 People” campaign in 2025 to support the well-being of Cambodian children. The handover ceremony took place under the high patronage of Her Excellency Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, Honorary President of the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation, at the Yeay Penh Statue located in the southern section of Wat Phnom Duan Penh.

This initiative reflects the ministry’s commitment to saving the lives of countless Cambodian children who are receiving free medical services provided by the five Kantha Bopha hospitals across the kingdom.
