Norway— From June 23 to 27, 2025, His Excellency Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), led the MPTC delegation to participate in the 20th Annual Internet Governance Forum 2025, held in Lillestrom, Norway. This forum brought together leaders and stakeholders from various countries to exchange insights and discuss data governance, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity.

During the visit, H.E. Secretary of State also held bilateral meetings with leaders from the United Kingdom, Australia, the Secretariat of the IGF, and Asia to explore opportunities for collaboration between the MPTC and relevant stakeholders on ecosystem governance.
