Phnom Penh— On the morning of July 3, 2025, at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), His Excellency Mam Amnot, Secretary of State of the MPTC, met with 39 scholarship students who will be pursuing their studies in Japan and Hungary. The purpose of the meeting was to offer guidance and encouragement to the students before they embark on their academic journeys abroad.

During the meeting, H.E. Secretary of State briefed the students on the progress of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, the efforts in driving digital government transformation, and developing digital human capital. In addition, H.E. Secretary of State extended his best wishes to all the students, wishing them good health and great success in their studies so that they may return and contribute their knowledge and expertise to the development of their homeland.
