Phnom Penh— On the afternoon of July 16, 2025, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, presided over the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) and the European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (EuroCham). The event was held at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and attended by Mr. Gabriele Faja, Chairman of EuroCham Cambodia; leaders from the Ministry and CADT; and the associates of EuroCham.

The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation between CADT and EuroCham in fostering digital transformation, raising awareness, and promoting human resource development to meet the growing demands of the digital sector.

During the ceremony, H.E. Minister and Mr. Gabriele discussed and exchanged views on the evolution of the telecommunications and digital technology sectors, emphasizing the importance of digital human capital development, with a particular focus on the document verification platform Verify.gov.kh, the DG SuperApp, and the Digital Park initiative.

Before concluding, H.E. Minister and Mr. Gabriele, along with representatives from CADT and EuroCham, reaffirmed their mutual commitment to supporting each other in driving digital transformation and the development of digital human capital in Cambodia.
