Phnom Penh— On the morning of August 26, 2025, at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), His Excellency Chun Vat, Secretary of State of the MPTC and Head of the Monitoring and Evaluation Working Group of the General Secretariat of the National Digital Economy and Society Council (NCDES), led a technical consultation meeting on the draft of the “Monitoring and Evaluation Framework of the Cambodia Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021–2035.” The meeting brought together representatives from the Digital Government Committee (DGC), the Digital Economy and Business Committee (DEBC), and the Digital Security Committee (DSC), and the monitoring and evaluation technical working group from the MPTC, totaling approximately 15 participants.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss about the redesign a mutual monitoring and evaluation mechanisms in the digital sector.
