Phnom Penh— On the afternoon of October 13, 2025, His Excellency Khov Makara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, and His Excellency Sokhom Rithivuth, Secretary General and Permanent Member of the Council of the Board of Engineers Cambodia, presided over the Consultative Workshop on “The Benefits of Engineer Registration with the Board of Engineers Cambodia,” held at the Innovation Center (Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology). The workshop was attended by MPTC leaders, leaders from the Board of Engineers Cambodia, civil servants, staff, and students specializing in various fields of engineering, as well as representatives from the private sector—bringing together approximately 150 participants.

The workshop was jointly organized by the General Secretariat of the Board of Engineers Cambodia under the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, in collaboration with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of engineers’ registration with the Board of Engineers Cambodia and relevant laws and regulations related to the engineering sector.
