Phnom Penh— On the afternoon of December 4, 2025, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), held a meeting with His Excellency Azamat Zhamangulov, Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic. The meeting was held at the MPTC headquarters during H.E. Azamat Zhamangulov’s participation in the 9th Session of the Asia-Pacific Information Superhighway Steering Committee (APIS-SC 9) and Regional Review of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), co-organized by MPTC and UN-ESCAP.
