Kampot Province: On March 12, 2026, His Excellency Touch Yarandy, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) and Head of the Digital Transformation Working Group, presided over a workshop on the use of the Digital Public Service Delivery System for seven provincial Departments of Post and Telecommunications, including Kampot, Kep, Kampong Speu, Takeo, Koh Kong, Preah Sihanouk, and Svay Rieng. The workshop was held at the Department of Post and Telecommunications in Kampot Province.

The workshop aimed to equip officials with better understanding and effective use of digital systems for providing permits, certificates, and other services to operators conducting business in the post and telecommunications technology sectors. Amid the rapid growth of e-commerce and the increasing demand for postal delivery services, this workshop is a part of the MPTC’s ongoing efforts to build institutional capacity, improve regulatory management, and support the development of Cambodia’s post, telecommunications, and digital sectors. It also contributes to simplifying and improving administrative procedures, ultimately facilitating business operations for the private sector.
