Phnom Penh: On the afternoon of March 10, 2026, His Excellency Touch Yarandy, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, led the Ministry’s Digital Transformation Working Group in a discussion meeting with His Excellency Neang Mao, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Tourism, on the Administrative Collaboration Platform at the headquarters of the Ministry of Tourism.

The meeting aimed to promote the use of digital technologies in public administration, including the plan to implement the Administrative Collaboration Platform, which is intended to replace traditional paper-based administrative processes with a more efficient and secure digital system. The initiative aligns with the Cambodia Digital Government Policy 2022–2035 to ensure that the Ministry’s operations are consistent with the Cambodia Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021–2035 and the Royal Government’s roadmap.
