Singapore: From 3 to 4 June 2026, H.E. Ky Dyboma, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), led a delegation and 8 Cambodian digital startups from Season 2 of the Innovate Cambodia Accelerator Program of the Plug and Play center to participate in ECHELON SINGAPORE 2026 in Singapore.

ECHELON is a leading technology forum that brings together digital technology experts, investors, and startups from across the Asia-Pacific region and around the world to explore emerging technology trends, promote innovation in the digital economy, and provide startups with opportunities to showcase their business ideas to major technology companies and investors, fostering collaboration and investment opportunities.

During the visit, the MPTC delegation and Cambodian digital startups also visited the headquarters of Airwallex, a leading fintech company specializing in effective cross-border payment solutions and one of the Asia-Pacific region’s prominent unicorn companies.

In addition, H.E. Undersecretary of State held discussions with company representatives and investors to gain insights into the establishment of investment pools and funding requirements for Cambodian digital startups, as well as to strengthen cooperation between the startup ecosystems of Cambodia and Singapore.
