Phnom Penh: On the morning of May 15, 2026, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), participated in a civil servant census at the MPTC headquarters. The two-day census was jointly organized by the Ministry of Civil Service and MPTC.

In his remarks, H.E. Minister expressed his strong support for the civil servant census by encouraging active participation from officials at all levels and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated process.

H.E. Minister emphasized that the civil servant census is a crucial step toward enhancing the efficiency of public administration through the use of digital technology. The initiative will help ensure the accuracy of human resource data and support effective capacity development planning for civil servants, thereby contributing to building a modern public administration and delivering better public services to citizens, in line with the vision of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
