On the 26th November 2015, H.E Minister Prak Sokhonn has given presentation on “Understanding the current international situation and underlining the important points of Cambodian foreign policy” to 231 members of High-Ranking Civil Servants and Middle-Ranking Civil Servants of 8th Promotion at École Royale d'Administration – Royal School of Administration.
