Officials’ Promotion Ceremony

Phnom Penh, 21 April 2015- H.E Minister Prak Sokhonn presided over the ceremony for the transfer, appointment, and promotion of eight officials at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC).
During this auspicious occasion, the Minister congratulated the eight officials, and appealed to all MPTC officials to fulfill their duties to achieve more success.
Meanwhile, he also encouraged all MPTC officials to keep learning and building capacity related to the modern technology of the three sectors of the MPTC. In addition, H.E Minister urged all officials to constantly develop and improve the relevant regulations to promote the effective management of the MPTC.
All head of departments should provide opportunities for capable officials to perform their specific skill with responsibility in order to drive the posts, telecommunications and ICT sectors. Their contribution play an important role in providing support for the ASEAN integration at the end of 2015, he added.
