Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC) hosted the 9th day of Phchum Ben Festival at Preah Puth Khousacha (South Chin Dom Dek) Pagoda

       On October 5 2015, H.E Prom Sotha, MPTC’s Adviser as a Representative of H.E Minister Prak Sokhonn, H.E Liv Kim Heng, Director General of Administration Department, H.E Chea Manith, Director General of Information and Communication Technology(ICT) Department,  H.E Seng Sopheap, Chairman of the National Institute of Posts , Telecommunications and ICT and MPTC’s officials hosted the 9th Day of Phchum Ben Festival  at Preah Puth Khousacha (South Chin Dom Dek) Pagoda at Sreah Chork Sangkat, Doun Penh Khan, Phnom Penh to dedicate the ancestors who have passed away.
