With the Cooperation of Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE , September 6, 2016, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications conducted a workshop on Japan Development Scholarship (JDS) in 2016 for young government officials who desire to study and develop an additional knowledge. The workshop was presented by representative from Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE), and overwhelmingly participated by government officials of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
