Phnom Penh— On the afternoon of November 10, 2025, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), received a courtesy visit from His Excellency Takahashi Fumiaki, President of the Japan-Cambodia Association and former Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia. Representatives from 36 Japanese companies also attended the visit to discuss the Japanese IT Pathway Program, which is a training program to prepare Cambodian students for immediate employment opportunities in Japan, as well as the development process of the Digital Park and potential investment opportunities within it.

Before concluding, H.E. Minister and H.E. Takahashi Fumiaki reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the cooperation between MPTC and the Association.
