Phnom Penh— On the morning of November 12, 2025, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), presided over the opening ceremony of the training on “Leading Digital Transformation: Navigating Emerging Technologies and Innovation for Government Leaders,” attended by approximately 50 leaders from MPTC.

The two-day training is led by two professors from the renowned leadership institution HEC Paris for the purpose of sharing knowledge and practical experience on the adoption of emerging technologies to drive digital government transformation in the public sector. The training covers key topics such as technology integration and adoption, artificial intelligence (AI), data governance, emerging technology trends, and the practical implementation of digital transformation initiatives.

In addition, MPTC leaders will gain a deeper understanding of change management techniques for digital transformation, the strategic benefits of digital transformation for government operations, and the importance of building trust in digital technology adoption to enhance efficiency, transparency, and public service delivery.
