Phnom Penh: On the afternoon of July 30, 2026, at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), His Excellency Mam Amnot, Secretary of State of MPTC, held a meeting with 120 scholarship recipients pursuing their studies in Japan, Hungary, the Czech Republic, the European Union, South Korea, and France to offer recommendations before their upcoming departure.

During the meeting, H.E. Secretary of State highlighted the progress of the sectoral reform under the Ministry’s jurisdiction, digital government transformation, implementation of digital government products, initiative for establishing a digital park, and digital human capital training.

In addition, H.E. Secretary of State commended and encouraged the scholarship students to study hard, gather valuable knowledge and experience to strengthen their capacities, and contribute to the Royal Government of Cambodia in further developing Cambodian society.
