H.E. Kay Kunheng held a Monitoring Meeting on the Mekong-Lanchhang Cooperation Project Phase II

Kay Kunheng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, on 13 February 2017, held a monitoring meeting on the Mekong-Lanchhang Cooperation Project phase II which was participated by His-excellency Director General of Posts and Telecommunications and government officials.
