Phnom Penh— On the afternoon of December 24, 2025, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Digital Government Committee (DGC), presided over the 8th meeting of the DGC to review and discuss four key agendas, including:

1. Progress of the implementation of the VERIFY.GOV.KH platform across government ministries and institutions and partner countries

2. Presentation on the Draft Data Governance Policy

3. Presentation on the Draft Cloud First Policy

4. Presentation on the Draft National Artificial Intelligence Strategy.

It is worth noting that the meeting was attended by vice chairmen and members of the DGC, along with leaders and civil servants—bringing together approximately 110 participants at the headquarters of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications.
