National Assembly Palace: On the morning of March 12, 2026, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, delivered keynote remarks at the seminar on “Strengthening National Resilience and Advancing Opportunities in Cambodia’s Governance Strategy for Science, Technology, Innovation, Industry, and Trade: Maintaining Stability Amid the Invasion of Cambodia’s Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity,” which was presided over by Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of Cambodia. The seminar was also attended by the committee chairpersons and members of the Senate and National Assembly.

In his remarks, H.E. Minister Chea Vandeth presented the Ministry’s reform progress and key achievements. These included efforts to strengthen governance in the telecommunications sector, increase national budget revenue, develop the backbone of digital infrastructure, enhance cybersecurity protection, advance human capital development, develop digital government products, and manage the rapid growth of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. Particularly, H.E. Minister reaffirmed the commitment to elevating Cambodia’s international reputation and recognition for its growing capacities in the digital sector.
