September 28, 2016: H.E. Minister Tram Iv Tek and H.E. Jean-Claude Poimboeuf, Ambassador of French Republic to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Co-presided over the Workshop on Wednesday French Tech at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. The Workshop is Conducted by the National Institute of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Communication Technology (NIPTICT) with the Participation of MPTC’s Leadership as well as 30 Franch Tech Companies.
