The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC) and the Ministry of Women’s Affairs have the honor to inform the public that, on the occasion of Cambodia hosting the 20th Francophonie Summit, and under the high mandate entrusted by the Royal Government, the MPTC in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, the Alliance des Patronats Francophones (APF), and relevant partners, plan to organize the side event “FrancoTech 2026” under the theme “One Francophone Community, One Digital Future”, which will take place from 14-16 November 2026, at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center.
The side event “FrancoTech 2026” will bring together high-level government delegations, innovation leaders, experts, technology companies, investors, and startups from francophone countries to share knowledge, experiences, cutting edge technologies, and best practices, aiming to strengthen economic, technological, and investment cooperation, as well as connect the Francophone communities and ASEAN. The event will feature five main programs such as: 1. Innovation Village Exhibition, 2. Innovation Competition, 3. Investment Forum 4. Business to Business Match-Making and 5. Roundtable Discussions which will focus on the 7 key themes including: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Opportunities and Governance, Digital Government, FinTech and Financial Inclusion, AgriTech and Food Security, Digital Startups and Innovation, Women in Innovation and Tech for Tourism and Culture.
MPTC and the Ministry of Women’s Affairs kindly invite all ministries, institutions, telecom operators, technology companies, and digital startups to participate in this historical event to showcase their platforms, digital solutions, and digital technologies to national and international delegates.
