Phnom Penh— On the evening of September 2, 2025, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), presided over the Plug and Play Cambodia Community Series: Scale and Connect. The event was attended by Mr. Jupe Tan, Managing Partner for Plug and Play LLC in the Asia-Pacific region, alongside leaders and senior officials from MPTC, representatives from academic institutions, digital technology companies, banks, entrepreneurs, and startup founders—bringing together a total of around 100 participants at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh.

The event was organized by Plug and Play Cambodia and the AUPP Technology Center, in collaboration with the MPTC, and aimed to bring together enterprises, investors, and startups to build connections, exchange ideas, establish partnerships, and strengthen the foundation of Cambodia’s digital startup ecosystem.
