Governor of the Provincial Board of Governors; members of the Senate and the National Assembly; heads of municipal and district working groups; relevant stakeholders; local residents; teachers; and students—bringing together approximately 1,118 participants.

In his remarks, H.E. These priorities directly address the needs of citizens across all sectors of society, and the government has been actively implementing them with commendable results. Regarding recent incursions by Thai troops, H.E. Minister urged the citizens to continue placing their trust in the Royal Government under the leadership of Samdech Techo Thipadei and to remain united in solidarity.

Furthermore, H.E. Minister encouraged local authorities, residents, and farmers to further enhance the efficiency and scale of agricultural production, including the cultivation of vegetables and fruits, as well as livestock farming—particularly prawn farming—with support from the “Techo Village 100” project, Civil Society Alliance Forum, and all relevant stakeholders. He further emphasized that, to ensure regular harvests, farmers and local authorities should organize a community group to support one another in terms of technical expertise, morale, and market access.

Before concluding, H.E. Minister advised authorities at all levels to continue to improve district aesthetics, plant trees, strengthen food quality and hygiene, and extend warm hospitality to tourists visiting Angkor Borei District, the former capital of the ancient Funan Kingdom.
