On the occasion of a meeting with volunteer students who participated in the Digital Government Forum 2025, the Digital Technology Expo, and related national and international side events held on 28 January 2026, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, presented cash awards to the winning teams of the Short Video Competition promoting the verify.gov.kh and go.gov.kh platforms. The competition was conducted from 5 December 2025 to 15 January 2026.

The competition attracted active participation from volunteer student groups that participated in the Digital Government Forum 2025, the Digital Technology Expo, and related national and international side events. There are a total of 200 contestants participating, forming 16 teams—each comprising 10 to 13 members—to compete in the video production.

As a result, the 16 teams collectively produced 49 videos, of which 34 promoted the verify.gov.kh platform and 15 highlighted the go.gov.kh platform. As of 15 January 2026, these videos had accumulated a total of 4,296,377 views across social media platforms, including 3,571,393 views on Facebook and 724,984 views on TikTok.

Following a rigorous evaluation process, three teams achieved the highest number of views as follows:

– First Prize: A cash award of 12,000,000 riels was presented to Team IGLOO, which recorded 2.06 million views.

– Second Prize: A cash award of 8,000,000 riels was presented to Team FORTUNE, which recorded 1.37 million views.

– Third Prize: A cash award of 6,000,000 riels was presented to Team LOOP, which recorded 711,100 views.
